FINANCIAL & LEGAL CHECK

Are you about to lease to a new tenant? Are you hiring for a job that requires access to sensitive financial information? You may want to run a credit check on your applicant. We provide a credit bureau report to you that has removed HR-sensitive data to protect your firm. We will also mail a copy of the credit report to the applicant to help you comply with FCRA laws..

We will confirm whether your applicant or vendor has had sanctions levied by the relevant governing authority. Checks include sanctions from FRB, FDIC, NCUA, OCC, and OTS. We can provide this report on an annual or bi-annual basis as an ongoing solution for your company.

Before you do begin to do business with a new vendor or services provider, investigate their financial history. We search public record databases to identify any past or current financial problems or burdens. This includes the existence of both state and federal tax liens.

WORK STATUS & PERSONAL HISTORY

Make sure that someone is who they say they are. We can confirm social security numbers and names by reviewing credit records. This report will also confirm the applicant’s legal name history, including maiden names, nicknames and aliases, plus address history and legal right to work status.

Are you hiring for a job that require driving? We will provide a driving record history report from all states where records are legally available. All results are returned in compliance with the DPPA. (Please note that the New Hampshire and Pennsylvania have special requirements.)

We can confirm if your applicant or vendor has been sanctioned by the Department of Health & Human Services, Office of Inspector General (OIG). As an add-on service, we can also search for state level sanctions. This service can be provided on an annual or bi-annual basis as an ongoing protection for your company.

We have arrangements with laboratories across the country to provide pre- and post- employment drug screening. We can provide both the Five Panel Screen (Amphetamines, Phencyclidine, Cocaine, Opiates and Marijuana) and Ten Panel Screen (five panel plus Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methadone, Methaqualone and Propoxyphene). Other panels are also available

This service confirms that your applicant holds a Commercial Drivers License (CDL). Verification in three states is included.

We can perform background services beyond screening and reporting – we can also administer necessary paperwork on your behalf, including sending pre-adverse and post-adverse action notices to your applicant.

Consider more than an applicant’s criminal history by checking for civil litigation records. This includes a search of civil (non-criminal) court record history for each of the applicant addresses provided. This search covers a specified time period, the default term being ten years.

Has your prospective tenant been evicted in the past? We will search our database for eviction records from 44 states.

Be certain that the leasing history on an application is accurate. We will contact prior landlords to verify information given by the prospective tenant. This includes verification of the residence periods, as well as inquiries about payment history and property damage.
