CRIMINAL COURT RECORDS
Get a detailed record of your applicant’s criminal history. We will provide a report based on a search of criminal information records at the federal and state criminal courts. Please note that the availability of data will vary by jurisdiction, but generally cover the previous seven years. Our criminal records services include the following:
County Criminal Records. We will search for criminal information in the primary criminal court in each county requested. Searches are per court and per name checked unless otherwise noted.
State criminal records: We will search for criminal information in the statewide criminal records repository in the state requested. Searches are per name checked unless otherwise noted.
Federal criminal records: We will check for criminal information matching your applicant’s name in the federal courts located within the state requested. Searches are per court and per name checked unless otherwise noted.
Employers and landlords may want to consider our National CrimeNet Criminal Check service in addition to the Criminal Court Records search.
NATIONAL CRIMINAL CHECK
In addition to our Criminal Court Records services, we offer a national database search of electronic criminal records from 50 States. Data sources vary by state but may include state and county court dockets, incarceration records, and arrest records. Searches are per name checked.
NATIONWIDE SEX OFFENDER CHECK
We provide a search of sex offender records in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. (Please note that records shielded from public disclosure will not be accessible.)
PATRIOT ACT SEARCH
We will verify that your applicant’s name does not appear on barred lists associated with the Patriot Act and national security regulations. Our search includes more than 17 sources including OFAC, FBI’s Most Wanted Persons, and various terrorist watch lists.
